This was my first time going back to SportsClips since the pandemic started and the steps the Cypress store took to make sure I was safe were greatly appreciated. I have a daughter with a weakened immune system so I am extra cautious when it comes to going out in public and the staff at the Cypress store did an excellent job.

As always, she did nothing short of a wonderful job to provide me with a, more than well overdue, haircut that both my wife and I absolutely loved! Veronica is very friendly at Cypress, CA store. Gives a nice cut. Nice watching sports while getting a cut. Clean store.
On a side note, nice protocols during COVID-19. I was wondering if you should investigate air flow in your stores. Even though face masks for both, I wonder if there should be some air flow (ie fans) to minimize exposure since stylist and customer are so close during cut. Would recommend getting professional opinion.

Sport Clips: Very convenient, responsible measures are taken for safety, talented stylists, reasonable prices. Oh, and big screen TVs if you're into sports. That about sums it up!
