I am deaf and their services are great. They know how to accommodate me. Very patient and cheerful. It’s nice they keep a history of my haircut and style. It’s always the same and they do a great job. The phone app to join the wait list is super helpful. I have always been satisfied with my haircuts.

I firmly believe in giving credit where credit is due. I would like to take this time to commend Angela at the Cypress store for always cutting my hair just the way I requested. She’s been cutting my hair, much to my appreciation for the last two years. She pays a lot of attention to detail which impressed me about her from the very beginning. I’m proud to say I am a senior citizen who has been blessed with a full head of hair. And no matter how I choose to wear my hair, long or short, I know I can count on her to cut it to my liking. She is a seasoned professional who shows courtesy and kindness at all times. A rarity in this day and age.
