Had a good time. Don’t normally have a good time when I’m getting my haircut at three my stylist was very sweet very smart. Cut my hair to my Lakers had a discussion about my daughter made me feel very very comfortable. The other stylist who is waiting for a client had a distraction with my stylist again making me feel very comfortable again I had a good time. I don’t normally tip for a haircut, but this time we will knowing that my stylist Had quite deserved it thank you for Making me so welcome

Sure, there have been one or two who worked there that I would not want to cut my hair again, but at least even those were pleasant people who treat all customers with respect and a POSITIVE ATTITUDE.
Yes, Attitude and personality are critical when choosing a barber. If we don't get a good cut, and get a positive human experience at the same time, we'll get cuts elsewhere.

My local HB SportClips location is "Trusted" to cut and communicate properly and that's why I keep going there.
Three visits to the store on Valley View over a two year period. Easy to get in, weekdays anyway. Haven’t gone on a weekend yet. Friendly staff, quality cut, but then I’m a 67 year old balding man, and it’s probably hard to screw up. But that doesn’t diminish the stylist’s skill. The place is clean and neat and welcoming. Very fair prices, even if I weren’t a senior citizen. I’ll be back again
