Dogtopia McKinney staff are wonderful, caring people and they always take great care of my 2 Boston Terriers that attend daycare and boarding. I never have to worry when I drop my pups off. Plus there is a webcam available, so I can watch them in play whenever I'd like. It's fun to watch all the pups and coaches play and interact.
I've been to 2 different locations, McKinney and Richardson. I won't use the Richardson location again even though it's a mile from where I work and would be more convenient for me. The people in McKinney are much more personal and engaging. I've used the daycare, boarding and grooming services in McKinney. It's the only place I've taken our dog for a couple of years now. The people are great and our dog is always excited to be there. The groomer does a great job with our Yorkiepoo.
Smokey absolutely loves going to Dogtopia. Everyone who works at Dogtopia knows his name, and eager to learn his behavior to make sure he has the best time while there. If something is going on, the employees will try to access the situation and come up with a plan to make all the dogs happy and comfortable. We love Dogtopia!
Very friendly staff, options for daycare boarding and spa, love the calendar with all the different things going on and being able to watch him on the webcams is amazing! This was Leo's first visit, and he thoroughly enjoyed himself! He can't wait to visit again!
My pups love Dogtopia! The staff members are friendly, the special treats and activities are top noch, and I can see that the dogs are well cared for.
I like that you have cameras. Everyone is always very friendly and my dogs, who are a little skittish, always greet the humans happily -- something they don't do with just anyone.

Sparrow just loves coming there to play and he needs to be worn down so Dogtopia is a great solution/outlet for him.
Watching Sparrow run for the door to get to the play areas cracks Bob and me up.
People there are always fun to talk with too.
The staff always does a memorable job working with and taking care of Ranger. They know him by name, and they are so kind and go above and beyond at every turn. Love this location and the employees here!

Dogtopia takes great care in knowing my dog and my dogs needs. From the minute you walk into the the lobby, they know his name. If there are any concerns, they will call immediately. All the coaches know him, and know what he likes and doesn't like and respects him. He loves going to Dogtopia.

On my initial visit, I had Sarah and Missy to greet me and help me with the paperwork and the app. I was shocked to see my little tour and a half month old dog run around inside the city play yard was such confidence. When I picked her up, I don’t know if she even wanted to come home with me. On her first full day Hanna and Ashley were just as sweet and reassuring. The gals in the play yard handled my timid little gal and made her feel safe and protected. I would highly recommend Dogtopia in McKinney

Was only in for a meet & greet, but I was really pleased with how it went! I was able to observe from the lobby, and appreciated how the staff introduced my dog to the others in the room. Will absolutely be back for day care!
We've only gone for the meet & greet (so far) but the staff was incredibly welcoming (greeted us by name without knowing us yet) and treated my puppy like he was their own.
I feel like I can trust them to keep my puppy safe while he learns how to interact with other dogs. I was nervous to see how he would react to being separated from me for the first time, but their ability to keep him comfortable/happy makes me feel so much better about leaving him in their care.
Ana followed up after his meet & greet with the most adorable picture of my boy! He looked so excited to be there with all his new friends. I love Dogtopia so far!!
We travel often - we also go long trips for 3+ weeks outside the country. My dog seems to like digtopiq McKinney and he seems happy there. He is a very anxious dog and typically stops eating after sometime etc. - but maybe the company of other dogs and playtime - he is happy here.

I like the smaller groups of dogs. The other places which are very nice there are a lot more dogs. I watch non stop on the webcams and all the people working there seem to really love dogs. And what I like the most is my dog is very excited when she gets there so that means she likes it which is all that matters .
