Good cut
The stylists take their time. They have pride in what they do and how you feel about your cut and experience. Unlike those other haircut places that just go as fast as they can to get in in volume of cuts. There really is quality here.
The best part if the experience is the hair stylist, Grace is very good.

I had my hair cut by Julia. She is my go to stylist because she is really great and I always walk out looking my best. She is friendly and really great at what she does. For that matter all of the stylists I have seen there are extremely talented. You can go wrong!

I will say the add services like the hot towels and the handheld massager are a nice touch and should just be complementary to all guest
For the price I would have thought it would have been a longer massage
I would also consider paying your stylist a higher wage an hour due to performing 2 completely different functions in the work force

The staff is always awesome to my 9 year old son, I am bald so do not need the service LOL. They are always friendly and work to make for a very pleasant experience. We will continue to be a repeat customer, until my son changes his mind. (3 haircuts so far)
