I like the two towels with essential oils, massage chair, and the time it takes to wash and condition the hair while the staff explains what they are doing and how it benefits the hair or scalp. There is also consistency between all the barbers.

My most recent experience, has made it possible for me to return as a customer in good faith. My previous visit, before this one I am reviewing, was so disappointing that I had sworn off any future visit to sport clips. That previous experience was made so negative because, though I - the customer - took extra effort to confirm that the stylist had access to my history of styling preferences, the stylist chose not to follow the directions given. Having found a stylist, Lilly, who demonstrated highly effective communication skills and outstanding customer service skills, has brought me back.

Amazing service that was provided by Destine for my 11 year old son this was his first barber shop experience and he loved every minute of it especially the shoulder massage!!! He felt like a king 🤴 thank you so much for outstanding service!!!!
