Service was quick and professional.
While I have a 10 rating, this time my cut was not up to the quality I expect when I go to your facility. My usual location was closed for some reason so I went to a different one. It was like they were waiting to close, very fast and unfriendly and the MVP was rushed and weak. 900 times everything is great, but this time it wasn’t. I’ll still go back, but to my usual salon.
I was new to Tucson five years ago. I like the online check-in and that all the stylists I’ve experienced are very good to excellent. Also, I have to ability to request my favorite stylist on those days they are working.

Anna was very attentive to what I wanted and gave me a great cut! I was going from long hair to almost no hair, so she was very careful to make sure it's what I really wanted and then she would stop and have me check every once in awhile to make sure she was giving me what I wanted. I will definitely be going back to her when I need a trim!

Jean is always conscientious and asks me all the pertinent questions before starting. She is pleasant to talk to and thorough in her services. The application we use to check in is still not very accurate estimating when our turn will be. I have waited well over an hour multiple times in 2 Arizona cities the past 2 years from the suggested arrival time. Both shops have been very nice to me and this comment and took great care of me.
