Jean fixed what the west Broadway store manager did to me. In the future, I will only do business with the East 22nd store and in particular Jean. I would recommend Jean to any friend or acquaintance asking, where do I get my hair done and by who. It took two months for my hair to grow out enough for Jean to even it out. I had a mohawk every morning..

Today I took my son in for a haircut and I have a little one year old daughter. And her hair was a mess her mom tried to cut it herself, Yolanda was kind enough to offer a service to just straighten it out for me and even it out. I thought that was really kind and just offering to straighten out a little girl's hair at no extra cost and it made a huge difference specially with the holidays coming up and lots of pictures going to be taken.
