I was a first time client. My stylist Fawn was the first to welcome me when I had arrived. I had signed in online for "First Available" and Fawn was the next available. Fawn thanked me for coming to SportClips and we talked about my previous haircut experiences and what I was looking for. After our conversation she began cutting my hair and explaining to me in detail what she was doing and why. And then it was the MVP treatment! HOLY COW!! That was the best experience!
