We had a great experience. Cristina's work is extraordinary. She truly has a gift for hair styling. Also, I enjoyed watching the staff come together to assist another team member cut an unhappy toddler's hair. The little boy was fighting, kicking and screaming while the parents held him down to the best of their ability and the hairstylist managed to get his hair cut done. I was very impressed.
