Had a very good experience during the Grand Opening of the new location on Houghton Road in Tucson, AZ. The shop was busy, and my stylist, "Lisa" was very personable and professional. She did a nice haircut, and the benefits of the MVP package were great. Nothing but good things to say about it from a first-time customer.

I really love the fact that I don't feel like the stylists are trying to rush the haircut so they can get to the next client. To me that means a lot. I've had a lot of bad cuts because of that mentality so thank you for having the stylists do it right. Julia is top notch, she does an incredible job and is always my first choice.

I’m only giving a 10 because of Trinh. Otherwise I would never come back to this location. Every time I check in online, when I arrive to the store several minutes before my estimated arrival time, they have taken somebody else back, so I have to wait an additional 20 minutes. What’s the point of checking in if I always have to wait longer? Again, only a 10 because of Trinh, and I’m considering not coming back to this location. Hopefully she gets moved to a different store.

I had booked Eddie (the stylist). I walked right in, and Eddie met me at the front door and escorted me to his chair. He styles both men and women. He treated me professionally and made sure I had his arm for stabilization. I'm 77 years old and wear orthopedic boots. I call them my "Frankenstein Boots." I use a cane for balance. I thought I was done, but he said no. He escorted me to the sinks in the back and washed my hair. He wrapped my face with a moist, hot towel and massaged my face. Then he shampooed my hair and washed it again, massaging my scalp. He changed my hot towel with a second one and continued massaging my face. Then, he placed a cool towel on my face and massaged it. Then he asked me what scent I preferred and rinsed my hair with a Lavender scented rinse. Then he dried my hair with a dry towel and escorted me back to his chair. I couldn't believe the service, his care, and his consideration for me. He messed around with scissors and comb to trim and do the final touches. I bought a product from him (a wax that holds my hair gently in the wind). Since my haircut was $30 (Grand Opening 'free'), I paid for the premium service (+$6). With product and tax, $32 wasn't too bad. I believe in tips for good work. I tipped him $20. Eddie was great!!
