I liked the service. It was the new location, so I had a coupon voucher for a free vip haircut. It was worth it as I needed a haircut not done by myself. The shampoo/scalpe massage included was a nice touch. The product they used on my hair afterwards smelled nice and styled my hair nicely.

Denice was great. She is very nice and professional. She made me very comfortable and provided great customer service. I will go back to see her, she has a new regular. The MVP was great, the hot towel and massage were excellent and the haircut was top shelf. The whole experience was great. Had it not been for Denice, without her care for the customer, the whole experience regardless of high end products would have been like any other place to get a hair cut. She brought it all together! Thank you

The haircuts are "good enough" The stylists have been friendly. The Ultimate MVP package is my favorite as the head massage and face towels are an experience I haven't had elsewhere. Plus, my local Sports Clips is only a few minutes from my house. Most of all, I like that the stylists aren't always pushing some additional hair product that I don't think I need, which has been my experience elsewhere. For the moment I am content to continue patronizing my local store.
