I attend the 9:00 a.m. Line dancing class with Shela Brown. Shela is an excellent teacher. I have used the exercise machines occasionally, any there was no waiting.
I appreciate the variety of activities offered in the daytime.
I enjoy the programs very much. There is a nice variety of workouts everyday off the week. If they incorporated atleast one child workout or yoga class this would be a all in one facility.
The staff. They are all very professional and helpful.

Tons of relevant programs for the kids along with my wife and myself. Sports, swimming, and fitness programs are great, and the childwatch feature is super convenient. Also, their day camp programs are great for the kids.
1. In the morning, it's all about the seniors. You feel comfortable, accepted and part of a friendly group.
2. There are different levels of exercise. We all can't do the same thing, so this gives you an opportunity to exercise at your level with the possibility of moving up later.
3. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful.

I enjoy attending senior adult exercise programs that are geared to help us maintain our mobility and stamina. The instructors offer varied exercises to keep us motivated. It also allows us to meet and make new friends and attend AOA social activities, programs, trips and events offered at W. Orem Y.

The staff is friendly and informative. The equipment, although not enough, is pretty well kept.

I like the idea that many of the programs and activities are organized to accommodate seniors and the instructors and activity organizers are down to earth, friendly, open to suggestions , and efficient.
My wife liked the Tia Chi Class. We have only visited a couple of times so far.

My wife and myself enjoy the time we spent there. The group exercises and the instructors are very helpful and beneficial for our wellness keeping. All staff members are very cordial and friendly. Workout machines are well maintained. YMCA arrange often different activities which are interesting for the seniors. Altogether, we can recommend this place for anyone looking for keeping good health and socializing.

I really like the classes. Everyone seems to be nice that work there. A happy place makes you want to do the work and attend the classes. The classes and equipment are beneficial to our health.
