What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The gym floor is not very crowded like other gyms, it is clean, my toddler loves going to the childcare room, the group classes help me stay motivated to keep working out by getting out of the routine and trying different things.

I like the workout machines. However, something needs to be done about people sitting on the machines and looking at stuff on their phones. Perhaps new large signs that say:

PLEASE DON'T SIT ON MACHINES BETWEEN WORKOUT SETS AND LOOK AT YOUR PHONE!

Friendly people and always can find a machine available to do my workout. Close to home and environment is great. Alway feels safe and welcomed.

The Senior programs that make it affordable for SS recipients. Also the senior program that allow us to add 1 grandchild on our account that is still affordable. She motivated me to start coming again.
