What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The facility is kept very clean, the workers are very helpful and friendly. I enjoy going to Silver Sneakers, and doing some weights and the treadmill. Sometimes I even go swimming!

They are very structured and organized and the practice/game days are limited to once a week which is a major convenience.
