The instructors & classes are great. I would recommend them 100%. The only thing that is disappointing is that the Active Adult activities & trips have been discontinued since Covid. We all miss them.

Flexible and varied based on personal needs
You have a variety of classes for 50 yrs.old and up. The front desk employees are very kind, helpful and friendly. The instructors are very welcoming, challenging and helpful. I had to go to another gym a year ago and I was sooo thankful to return to the Y.

There is something for everyone. And the sports for kids is so affordable.

I love this YMCA location. However, I would hesitate to recommend it to my friends because the women's locker room smells weird. Maybe it's the rubber mats in the showers? I'm not sure...

I love my VIC carpenter YMCA, it's my home away from home ,they have programs ,and classes , for every age ,with trained ,instructors ,the aquatics department, is my favorite, I'm Thanfull for MY YMCA 👍❤

The programs that I used are great for my age group. The instructors are knowledgeable and educational. The facility is extremely well taken care and clean. The staff is friendly and courteous. I love the Vic Coppinger YMCA and highly recommend it.
