What do you like about our programs and activities ?

indoor cycling, Yin yoga and line dancing - love the instructors and the friendly stuff. Facility is clean even though it is summer and the kids are all over the building.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I love the active older adults cardio classes and the hot tub the most! The weight room and exercise machines are also outstanding.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

We have had great experiences with the private swim lessons, Jeremy has been so wonderful and our kids love him. Then the soccer clinic was a perfect introduction to soccer for our kids. They had never played before and they learned so much.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I like the friendliness and family atmosphere of this Shadowbend YMCA. My kids also have attended the YMCA Children Academy here which is a excellent preschool. I also like the wide variety of exercise classes offered here. Most importantly, I feel happy when I go to this facility because everyone is so pleasant and cheerful.
