Debbie makes water aerobics o Tyesday and Thursday fun. She's the reason I keep coming.
I am thrilled that the Shadowbend YMCA has Pickleball courts and there are times available to play Pickleball.

Wide variety and the water aerobics classes are excellent.
We enjoy the Y at Shadowbend because it's close to our home and our Medicare pays for it too.
All the machines are so helpful and the facility is very clean too. Everyone is friendly and encouraging about us keeping ourselves healthy.
So many choices. Instructors are great. Friendly people.

The staff is wonderful.
I love the Water Exercise class with Debbie Phillips. She is the best instructor I've had.
She works hard to create routines that challenge us and she truly cares whether we are doing
the exercises correctly to give us the best workout.
I also use the Egym system and like it very much. It is so nice to not have to figure out what weight level to use on each machine. It is a challenging work out and continues to motivate you to increase your weight level or type of program you are on.
The only 'con' to this is it is very popular and it is crowded sometimes when I go and you have do the machines out or order in order to go 2 rounds.
I like these silver sneakers program. As I was in therapy. It’s gentle but challenging..
