There are many different machines one can use depending on health and preference. The trainers are friendly and helpful. No to posting my name,
weight room, swimming pool, and pickleball activities.
Lots of classes. Great instructors. First class facility, equipment and pool.

Trainer, Samantha McClellan, is a wonderful encourager. She keeps a good pace and has a great sense of humor which helps the time pass.

I feel like it is a very welcoming place. I look forward to my daily classes and seeing my Y friends. I like the wide variety of classes offered. I love my instructors. They are truly fitness professionals and make working out very enjoyable. Also want to mention the coffee after class, very much appreciated.

Pickleball. A lot of different equipment. Different courses, like yoga and tai chi.
you have great programs to help seniors very worthwhile.
Love Debbie Phillips aerobics but it's too crowded. It would be nice to be in the hym OR limit the number of attendees. It's a safety issue

Weight room is usually not too crowded so that makes my time much more efficient. Staff always available and friendly.
Love Debbie Phillips' cardio classes and Roxanne Davis' bodypump classes.
The classes and instructors are great. Love all the classes I take. There is a big variety of classes. So, there are classes that everyone would enjoy. Also, I commend Linda Edwards at the Shadow Bend YMCA for putting together all kinds of activities for seniors (inside the "Y" and outside the "Y").
Love the water classes. Those classes are so good physically & emotionally for seniors!! Please get a Friday instructor!!
When designing activities, the YMCA considers the aging population.
I like the number of in person classes and the interactive equipment to provide more motivation to exercise.

My priority request is that this facility needs more stationary bikes- not a room full of “Spin Bikes”
That are only is use at specific times 
More often than not I cannot get on a bike because 3 bikes is not enough for the seniors who ride for cardio, regardless of the day/ time of the week.
