The pool. Would like to use weight equipment but not familiar enough with how to use it.

I use the gym equipment and they keep everything clean and working condition. Personal are helpful if needed.

I will only suggest to complement the wellness center with a hiptrust machine and a regular shoulder press machine.
As well if you could add some mirrors to the blue room at front of helpdesk it will be truly appreciated.

Programs are personalized
Programs and Activities are available to all members. Time and again I receive updates by email. For the past couple of years I have been in rehab at Memorial Hermann Therapy and couldn't take advantage of them. However, I am making a list of ones I will sign up for in the near future. Especially, Aqua activities.

Lots of choices and times makes it convenient
Variety and instructors.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Schedule for classes is ideal.
Flexibility. Staff is friendly & helpful & open to suggestions. Lots of good @ fun programs. . Only problem is the pool is sometimes too cool (80) for water aerobics The clientel is mostly seniors with arthritis & other health problems.
I can always find a class that interests me at a time that suits my schedule. I believe the YMCA is the best value fitness facility in the area.

I think your Sunday hours are not good. Would much prefer noon-5, or 1-6.
I like the fitness center equipment. The group exercise class instructors are motivating, courteous and professional.
I really like the weight room and the variety of machines. I’m also very pleased at how the new renovation turned out.

Great staff and trainers, machines, weights. The update is good.
Love playing pickleball, would love to see tournaments. The weight room and cardio room is well maintained. Lots of different classes to choose from. Enjoy the sauna!
I enjoy the yoga and Pilates classes and eGym
excellent leaders for various classes.
My goal is to visit the Y at least three times a week. I work on a combo of strength training and cardio to help improve my bone density.
My favorite activities include Debbie’s classes on Mon/Wed/Fri and of course, the E-GYM. Debbie’s enthusiasm and contagious energy keeps me coming back for me! Strength training can be boring and monotonous, however I find that the E-GYM keeps me focused on the progress screen allowing me to perfect my form, as well as passing time. Peggy (fitness trainer) is an excellent source of knowledge when it comes to nutrition and personalized strength programs.

I enjoy the variety of the group exercise classes offered.
So far I have only done the water tonics and I enjoy it.
Water Aerobics are ideal activities for Seniors.
