I love the new body pump class on Tuesday at 12:15 pm! I am always looking for classes that I can do during my lunch break at work and unfortunately most of the classes during that time were for active older adults.
I would love to see more classes during lunch break (body flow would be great too!).

Clean and bright facility with upgraded and latest equipment, both the cardio type and weight lifting. Great small group classes are inexpensive and well worth the extra cost- well trained instructors who are friendly and responsive.

The facility is clean. There is a nice variety of equipment and the staff is extremely helpful.
I like the meta fit classes,, the basketball open gyms, and kids pool.
Since school has started, I won’t have time to get up there.
If the three above activities were avail on Sunday though, Id be interested during the school year.

I like class Step early morning 9-10am and hope that YMCA will crosstrain more teachers (trainers) to offer this class more days Monday thur Friday. All teachers are very polite nice and respectable. Thank you.
I love Shadowbend and Branch Crossing programs because they promote a healthy Christian spirit within a healthy mind inside a healthy and strong body.
The YMCA atmosphere is always positive and it gears it's members for continuous improvement of themselves and the community that surrounds them.

Beautiful facility and very pleasant staff members.
First and most important this branch allows the Christian part of the YMCA shine forth. Often times cool down is done to worship music or words of encouragement are delivered thru Biblical perspective. So often businesses based on Christian foundations don’t have the courage to stand on their principles. However the director of this branch is and I appreciate that, as well as many others as I have heard that feedback in classes. Also teachers are well trained and challenging and encouraging at same time. They always remind students of good techniques. Lastly it is always clean. The cleaning and maintenance staff are always working. Overall I never in the past would pay $60 per month for a gym but for this branch of the Y, it’s well worth it. I always recommend it to friends and some have joined as a result. Thanks for striving for excellence and achieve if it. By the way, I go to the Branch Crossing location in Woodlands TX. Also love the variety of classes.
Great staff, clean facility.
Day Care is top notch - we love the ladies there and trust them. Next baby we are completely comfortable on bringing even at younger age.

I joined to take classes, the low price and variety of classes have been great. It is a large facility but I do think that there could be a bigger gym space to have more cardio equipment. I usually do cardio at home because I can rarely get on the cardio equipment when I get off work
I like flexibility of doing my own thing. Now that school is in session, gym is almost empty.
I like the variety of programs, since it have classes for people with different interests and/or level of activities.
