The flexibility of uses
There is a big variety of classes. I especially like line dancing. The weight machines and treadmills are great.

There are a wide range of classes available, something for everyone. Instructors provide options so that people of different abilities can all participate in the same class. People are very friendly.
My doctor’s prescription for better health is daily exercise. I try to visit the YMCA everyday. I try to visit when it is least crowded. A few minutes in the sauna helps relax the muscles after a good workout and shower and I’m ready for the rest of the day’s activities
