I have given my rating on the below listed reasons:
1) Cleanliness is fantastic & up to the great hygiene standard.
2) Equipment are maintained & cleaned properly
3) Support staff is very friendly & cordial.
4) Child watch feature gives parents the luxury to workout with peace of mind.
5) Child activities for child watch are very creative, intellectual & engaging for kids
6) Swimming pool is clean, equipped with necessary life guards.
7) Recreation activities & classes are very interactive, with fun themes & keep you engaged.
Few things that needs improvement:
1) Front desk support staff needs more training & leaning focusing about how to check member's financial statements, membership dues, etc
2) Front desk support staff needs to be familiarized with the facility timings & ongoing promotions.
3) Timing for pool hours should be displayed in facility as watch board. Also it should be available online.
4) Try to have near to real time notification if pool is not operational due to weather related unfavorable condition.

Clean, modern facility, excellent workout equipment, large water park and friendly staff, highly recommended.
I really enjoy the group exercise classes and my kids enjoy both the child watch and the pool. In the summer, my husband and I get to get in a workout, then we pick up the kids and spend an hour at the pool. It's a great Saturday morning for all of us.

Great childcare and classes. I do wish the childcare had more staff caring for the kids. Sometimes it’s like 20 kids for one worker!

There is a good variety of programs for all interests and ability levels. Most of the instructors are friendly and encouraging.
