I attended shallow water exercises with Amelie in the summer and now I attend Stacy’s Zumba classes. Both teachers are great!
The inclusion of all generations of family and the instructors.
AOA activities and coordinators; namely Diane Hutchins.
Schedules are convenient and classes are well organized.
I like the equipment the facility has and visit 4 times a week. However, the parking lot has developed some very large holes at the West Side entrance/exit. I have hit one of these holes and it was not pleasant. In addition, the back door exit seems to be locked since the first of the year. This could be a problem if an emergency occurs. I also like to use this exit to reach my car when I park on the West side of the building.
Nice Schedule and range of programs
The classes I attend are just what I need and the instructors are caring and able to modify exercises to fit different levels of fitness. I also like that there are classes for different age groups.
Ease, convenience, and focus on faith and kindness
I only attend the weight class and it is wonderful.
I like the diversity of exercise programs. I also like the after-school support for children and the programs during the summer.
I like the variety of classes offered, the child care, and friendliness of the staff. I am a family of 6 and the Y offers something for all of us.
The ability to find the class needed on different days and times. I also like the dedication of the instructors and friendliness of the staff.
Great coaches and volunteers!
I submitted this over a week ago and I am getting reminders every day.
The exercise classes with John and Relious are fantastic.
Once a month lunches are full of friendly people.
The monthly AOA trips are always interesting and adventurous.
I love the sense of community and all the great classes! I also love how the Child watch workers get to know your children and make them feel comfortable and valued!
The staff, especially Sarah Grai, is so personable and caring!

Exercise classes for AOA. Including silver sneakers and water aerobics
A big variety something for everyone
I'm a Senior Citizen and the Y is a place I can go ANYTIME to be with other seniors or just go to ride a bike or walk the treadmill. We have luncheons and always have volunteers (younger folks) to serve us and help in any way. The Y is always coming up with new ideas to keep us busy and most important is EVERYONE is friendly and calls us by name. That's important to older folks. I love it and I invite my friends to attend all the time. The Silver Sneekers classes are full and our instructor, Eliot, keeps us moving, which 90 year olds need. We take bus trips to different places and I've enjoyed several of them. I love the Y just wish I'd joined years ago.
Ruth Massey
The instructor and other people in class. Would like class offered more than Mon. and Wed.
The Silver Sneakers classes are wonderful. We have seen an improvement in our health and mobility since starting the classes. The instructor, Eliot, makes the class fun and enjoyable. We've made friends in the class and look forward to it each week.
I love the exercise classes Body Pump that I can take in early mornings to meet my schedule. The staff of John and Tracy are great. Also kudos to the staff that maintains the cleanliness of the facility.
