We had been working out at La Fitness but now have transitioned to the Y. We are very happy the decision & like the facility.

We are pleased that about the new renovation/improvements planned.

I enjoy my Trainer Paula. she is exceptional.

Don't use your programs, mainly go to the weight room which is a bit small, BUT clean and organized. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I like the modern equipment. I like the way they handled the pandemic. I like their concern for the well-being of all Americans. I never, ever, ever feel like profit is their motive, but I am happy to give them my money.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The Y Downtown is great, clean and has state of the art new equipment. The other gym I use is on 34th street and although smaller than downtown it has everything I need and more with all up to date machines.
