Good group classes & sizes
The coaches are driven and care about the growth of children in all areas of life, not just sports. They teach the importance of character and having good values, dedication to academics, and perseverance in athletics. Lastly, our trainer and coach holds my son accountable while leading with compassion.
This is hands down the best YMCA in Houston.
People are friendly, the instructors are excellent (Strong Core, Zumba, water exercise).
I also like that I can bring a guest that also includes my grandchildren once in awhile.
The classes keep me in good health while enjoying movement and people who attend.
I love the Strong Core & Cardio Dance classes! Great instructors - you can tell they love what they do and they keep you engaged the whole time. I look forward to them each week and I have told friends about both of these classes.
Great gym
The instructors and variety. Although I would really like to see the new Les Mills Dance class offered. That way I wouldn’t have to go to Trotter or Tellepsen.

Please invest in additional equipment, there is limited space but with little reorganization and smart thinking 2-3 machines can be added. I did submit the same 6-7 months ago. Someone from the center reached out and I shared some ideas. Absolutely no idea to what happened afterwards.
Relaxed and friendly
Glad to see programs for all needs. We go to the senior exercise class. We love the indoor track. And most of all, your programs are all age group.
Being so close to the facility allows me to continue my cardiac rehab that I started after surgery.
No judgement. Child care is included. Easy access. Wide selection.

I like how it is such a welcoming community and how the staff is so friendly and helpful. The amenities are plentiful and my little boy loves child watch.
