I LIKE THE WATER AEROBICS. I HAVE HAD 2 KNEE REPLACEMENTS AND 2 HIP REPLACEMENTS SO I CAN NOT DO THE MACHINES IN THE GYM. I REALLY, REALLY MISS AQUA ZUMBA. THAT CLASS HELPED ME GET MOBILITY BACK IN MY HIPS AFTER SURGERY.

I really appreciated how Cindy the worker, took time and showed me how to work the equipment. Cindy also made me feel welcomed to the YMCA. Also I met Mrs.
B. a member was so friendly and showed me around the facility. I'm looking forward to enjoying my membership.

The programs meet my needs. Group classes are too hard to get into. The are full within 2 minutes of registration opening. Need more Silver Sneakers classes.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The trainers are amazing! Consistently going above and beyond to support those dedicated to their classes - I would love to see more classes available throughout the day time as they are so beneficial to my fitness journey. The boot camps are challenging and so rewarding, and I definitely tell others and invite them to join me.

The Y is My Happy Place 🤗I enjoy Silver Sneakers Classes with Denise & Raquel!
It’s so nice to be with other Seniors!
I also like the Monthly Day trips with Catherine.
I know that teachers are limited- but wish we had a Sr Yoga/ Stretching/ Meditation Class!

The equipment in the fitness center are modern and well maintained.
The group classes are fun events and aid in attaining our fitness goals.

I have enjoyed the various activities offered by the Y.
The activities have some strong teachers at these classes.
They offer many personal trainers.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I like how the Y does a good job of maintaining the strength machines and cardio equipment. I also like the variety of classes and the good quality of the instructors.
