Like the wide variety of options for group activities. Workout facilities are well equipped, but cardio area get a bit crowded at times.

Many choices. Plentiful equipment. Cleanliness cleanliness cleanliness! Warm nice pool. Not too crowded. Complete freedom to join class or not. Picket ball enthusiasts w/ lots of players. Basketball same. Good location on Peek & Westheimer. Lots of parking spaces.

I use the gym regularly. It has everything I need and it is well maintained. At some point I will try the pool.

The facility is always clean and welcoming and we love our Silver Sneakers classes. Just wish that you would keep the back door open for my 12:45 classes. I have mobility issues and it’s a long walk for me.
