Really happy with the program thus far!

My kids love it! The system works for, it keeps kids motivated, while making sure they really have a grasp on the subject before moving on to the next. They also help with homework and test prep. I definitely recommend this program for all students, whether they are struggling or just to stay ahead.

Before covid it was beautiful my daughter was way ahead, unfortunately computer learning is not for everyone. Still, I highly recommand Mathnasium Charlottesville Center, Neil is a super nice guy that gets the job done.

Mathnasium has really helped with any gaps or concepts my boys missed during school especially since they have been virtual for a year! It’s been a real find for us!

The instructors are terrific braking math problems down into concepts that the kids can understand. The owner Neil is great to work with. He is flexible and a true profession. He makes sure that you understand your child’s projects and is attentive to your goals for your child. All in all a great investment!

Mathnasium has helped my child go for far below average in her math skills to operating at a level above. The time and patience Neil and his crew has taken with her will always be appreciated.

The tutors are very good and they keep teaching until specific skills are mastered. Neil does a great job communicating. He makes sure everything is running smoothly. I am very impressed and would recommend this program to any student that needs to brush up on their math skills. My granddaughter enjoys it and has much more math confidence.

We love the in-center option in a small group setting with one-on-one instruction. Such a great way for our son to stay on top of his math, review what he learned and identify any gaps. My son realized he did not remember the names of processes so the vocabulary review has been wonderful! The center provides a clean, calm environment while boosting my son’s confidence that distance learning negatively impacted. We have friends doing the virtual sessions, and they love their experience as well!

I am so grateful for Mathnasium always keeping our daughters moving forward in math. During the school year and the summertime, it is so reassuring for them to continue to be challenged and to have an alternative explanation for a math concept if they get stuck on homework. When the schools closed, Mathnasium gave me confidence that our girls would not fall behind in math. Neil, the Center Director, is very helpful and works with you to
make sure you are getting the experience you want for your kids. The staff are always positive and encouraging with our girls. I highly recommend the Charlottesville Mathnasium.

We have a situation where our son is working higher than his grade, however at his maturity level. My son has a hard time choosing who is his second favorite Mathnasium friend (the first is Neil, there is no question about that!). Instead of pushing him in ways that don't make sense, they are meeting him where he is and working with him along his personal journey. We get to hear them working with other students and we know we are not alone in this service they offer. We are grateful for the Mathnasium staff in Charlottesville and assume other locations must be as cool (if they can try)!

Mathnasium has been a great resource for my 7th grade daughter. Her level of frustration With math work is dramatically lower and her grades higher.

Mathnasium has been such a great resource for my middle-school son. He has gained so much confidence in math and improved his grades. I was pleasantly surprised by how much my son enjoyed going to his tutoring sessions. He really liked the instructors and found them relatable and welcoming.
