Program director was extremely flexible, accommodating, knowledgeable and never used hard sell tactics. She truly seemed to care about what was the right strategy for Ava's overall learning journey.

I appreciate the sessions also allocated time for homework help with the school's current curriculum. Also, no additional homework to take home is great. They use binders on site only and understand that students and parents have enough on their plates.

Moreover, the option to do a hybrid approach is excellent. We had the flexibility to do one session at home as well as one session onsite to reinforce the learning in person.

Lastly, there was no pressure or penalty for requesting a temporary hold or canceling. This also provided peace of mind that the site director and overall operations prioritized the student and not the financial bottom line.

The program was well organized and very compassionate. We had been in RSM for over six years and I felt it was a prerequisite for the teachers to be mean. That's why I appreciated the kindness of the office staff and the tutors. Great program!
