The instructor was patient and kind.
The instructors were helpful and so cordial, and the pool and area surrounding were relatively clean. What I did not like was that a staff member was cleaning the pool while people were in it. I don’t know what kind of chemicals he was using or why the cleaning couldn’t have happened when the pool was not in use.
Staffs are kind and respectful, instructeurs are knowledgeable and ensure that kids are safe in their water experience.
I love the convenience of being able to stay close to home. I understand the pool sometimes has issues so some classes are missed but overall being able to schedule make ups is becoming much easier.

Yes I like because it is not far from my house but the problem we have is some time to come to tell you the water is going down normally they need to call us fast before we got there but it’s OK thank you
I love the staff there. They are super friend, knowledgeable and they know all their students by name which to me is very personable.
It was my daughter’s first time learning how to swim. When we entering the premises there was a young lady, who was assisting the scheduling session she was very helpful. Also the swim instructor (I forgot her) was extremely patient with my daughter.

Instructor Torri H. He's fantastic. Only swimming teach we've found that actually taught our kids (ages 7 and 8) swimming. Even our daughter likes him, and she's much prefers female instructors. Torri maintains that balance of pushing the kids just past their comfort zone, but in a kid-friendly and respectful manner that the kids trust. Can't speak to other instructors. As well, the business has been very friendly and easy to deal with.

The instructors displayed tremendous patience with the students. They foster an environment where the students, whether bold or shy, are encouraged to do their best, and the rules of safety are taught.
