The cleaning products and equipment you use are very effective without having an intrusive fragrance.
Generally, service meets minimum standards. However, after having three different cleaning staff, I have requested Keisha as my future staff person. Her work is just outstanding and so thorough, down to the last detail.

As a whole was very satisfied with the work. The ladies were lovely and did everything I asked them to do. After they left I found several things that could have been done better but that was my fault since they asked that I check everything. If I had noticed one of the bathtubs was not done to my satisfaction and under the bed in one of the bedrooms was not dusted they would have fixed the problem. My biggest dissatisfaction was when one of the ladies first arrived she could not speak a word of English. When I called your company and complained I was told why would I need to speak with her since your rep had gone over everything with me a couple of days before. I was not happy about that in case I had thought of something after the rep left that I needed her to do. About a half an hour later another lady came to help and she could translate for her. I will be having your company once a month and would like to have the person doing the cleaning to speak and/or understand English. I would definitely recommend your company to my friends. Hope the same work ethics continue.

AMAZING!!! AMAZING!!! AMAZING!!! I can't tell you how I'm always excited to come home on cleaning day, take my shoes off, grab the remote, and relax in my freshly cleaned house. There's something about that freshly cleaned smell that speaks to me. I have recommended Merry Maids to my friends in the past and will continue to do so in the future. We've been with Merry Maids for approximately 8 years after trying a couple of other companies and they're, hands down, the best!!!
