I have a suggestion and an observation . First the Observation. Many of your Maids are very creative and i find this most sati s fying as a client. I have found all of them hard workers and can do fundamental cleaning pretty well. But also there are those with no noticeable creative skills not to take away from the cleaning job they do. It's the added touch or creative touch that makes a difference at least to me, it says i did the cleaning job which is expected, but i wanted to add a touch of class to my work to let you know I care. (Merry Maids).
Now to make the others even better and add that plus to Merry Maids touch.
Pair one of the hard workers with one that has that creative touch, folding towels differently, leaving things neat on a dresser that one like me who is batching and does not have that lovely touch of a Lady in my home any longer since My Wife went home to be with the Lord.
I have been in marketing for years in my career and always insisted the extra unexpected unpaid for touch. I trained my sons to do more than you get paid for. give a few more minutes than you are on the clock, ask for additional assignments outside your duties and responsibilities, you learn that way and expand your value to an employer. He will notice, because most will not take that extra step. That's the one that pays dividends.

My favorite day of the week is my cleaning day! I LOVE coming home to a freshly cleaned home with neatly made beds and the smell of cinnamon in the air. The only thing that would make it better is if I could afford to have it done every week!
