I love the trainers and classes. I love coming in and having them tell me what to do so I don't have to think about my exercises. The trainers are always concerned about my injuries or how I'm doing to ensure I don't irritate any problems I'm having.

I love that it is easy to schedule services and use the gym. It helps that the gym is only open to employees of the Kilroy buildings because it does not get too crowded. The facility is new and always clean. I love that they provide toiletries and towels. They also have great equipment.

the location and timing of classes are easy to work into my regular work day. The instructors are terrific and very helpful. The facilities have everything we need - nice changing room / showers / towels.
