Everyone that works there truly loves the dogs. Arthur looks forward to his days with his BFFFs. Services provided are reasonably priced, and overall can't say enough. I must recommend or talk about Dogtopia 1-2x a week. Thanks!

Love the webcams and report card! I would love to see a little more separation of larger dogs in the Toy Box, but at the same time I noticed my dog warmed up after a few hours. So I'm hoping this was part of Dogtopia's strategy to socialize my dog. My hope is that she will eventually not be intimidated by larger dogs.

.The webcam I really liked, I watched her on webcam which I was very happy about bc I was so nervous to leave her. Great customer service, it did was I was wanting, burning her puppy energy, she came home & was so mellow the rest of the day....

The people seem very nice and my dog comes home happy and tired. Being able to watch them play on the cameras is nice too. Kind of addictive though. Hahaha

What do you like about our services?

Employees are very accessible, very courteous and it is obvious they care about your pet. I watched online and there was always cleaning going on, control of any activity that wasn't preferred and care of the animals. When there was a disagreement, the employee walked the pet around the room to get the animal out of that frame of mind. It was a very good experience and will be using them regularly.

What do you like about our services?

I really enjoyed my dogs day at Dogtopia! I have been trying to set up a place for daycamp and boarding since K9kabana closed permanently- we had been there for about 3 1/2 years. They came home from Dogtopia tired and relaxed. We enjoyed checking in on them via camera and watching them play. The staff did a great job of monitoring the dogs behavior and cleaning up after the dogs quickly. Both people I spoke with during the drop off and pickup were outgoing and open to conversation- I enjoyed talking to both of them! My pups ‘Dogtopia’ Picture is hanging on our refrigerator as my daughter was very excited about the picture!! Thank you! I purchased a day camp pass so they will be back soon!!!

The facility is very clean. There seems to be a variety of things to do. The staff appears attentive and knowledgeable of canine behavior. Alexa is a super star, explaining everything and getting us set up. Our dogs seemed happy there.

What do you like about our services?

Great process check in and check out.
Grooming: the associates take the time necessary to completed the job. My dog does not like her nails trimmed. Dogtopia is the only place that takes the extra step to get them trimmed.
