The staff is always extremely friendly, knows our dog Huckleberry by name, and takes great care of him. He comes home EXHAUSTED and super happy from his time there. The facility is clean and communication is always wonderful.

I have only been through the evaluation day, but my pup, Jack, loved being there! And, the staff was very informative and made me feel absolutely comfortable before I left him in their capable hands. The fact that I could check in on him by camera any time I wanted was amazing! The only thing I would have liked is to have a bit more clarity as to what to expect moving forward when I came to pick Jack up. There was another person at the front desk when I got there; he treated me kindly, but in a way that he seemed to assume I knew what to expect next. It was an awkward interaction.

What do you like about our services?

The staff are all friendly and my dog can’t wait to go back to the rooms when I bring him in. They treat him well there and he enjoys his time there.

Loved the re-evaluation for Uma… that you tried her in different rooms, understood her breed mix & what to watch for. Then explained to me what was making her so high energy & smart. I’m working harder to exercise her daily (right before a meal).

Rusty loves it there although he stays home more now.It is always an exciring adventure when he goes.He likes the staff and being wirh small breeds of dogs the same size.Dogtopia has also been good to him when I have had to be out of town.
