My dog, Jake, loves Dogtopia. The staff there seems a bit fond of him too. Everyone there is caring and genuine. They take such great care of Jake. I also enjoy all the little extras at Dogtopia. The pups sometimes have special events, such as recently, they celebrated Snoopy's birthday. The atmosphere is warm, and I feel good about the time Jake spends there. He often does not want to leave!

The facility is very clean and always smells fresh. The staff is friendly, welcoming and seems to really love the dogs. My dog gets so excited when we pull up to Dogtopia, so I know he feels safe and secure being there. And I can watch him play and interact with the other dogs on Dogtopia’s webcam! My work hours fluctuate so I really like that I can drop off and pick him up from daycare as needed. I’ve boarded him there several times and have been very pleased with his care. Being a military family, I especially like the Dogtopia Foundation that supports service dogs for veterans, as well as other charitable programs. I highly recommend Dogtopia Haywood Road!

The staff is great! Super friendly and take care of our pups just like their own. The facility is well maintained and the rooms are constantly being cleaned. We highly recommend dogtopia!!!

The staff is very welcoming and loving to Bailey, who was very nervous at the beginning. I do not have to worry about her, and the webcam is a great addition so that I see her learning to be social. My veterinarian and some of her staff take their pets to Dogtopia, so you know they came highly recommended.
I love that they take pictures on special holidays.

From the moment I walked in, Eric, the owner was very friendly and accommodating to my very shy dog. He gave me a tour of the building and the history of how Dogtopia came to be. He was very kind and understanding since Coco was a bit shy at first. Once she met the other dogs, we were able to see her through the window and on the webcam, which was super helpful. I feel comforted knowing that my dog is in a safe and fun environment, where she gets to socialize and make friends!

Absolutely love this place! We have tried quite a few other doggie day-cares, and this one is just the best. Eric, the owner, is always so sweet, just goes above and beyond all the time, and no matter how long it has been since I brought my fur-baby in there, he always remembers us both by name. His staff is just as great! We miss a few counselors that no longer work there, but I'm confident my dog will soon be just as bonded with anyone new. Where this place beats everyone out, even though it's not the cheapest on pricing, is the flooring! I am so much more comfortable with my dog (who is a German Shepherd !hip issue prone!) running around on a rubber type material that's grippy, and turf when outside, than being on concrete floors running, and slipping around. That is an emergency trip to the vet that I'm terrified I'd have to make if I continued taking him to places with all the concrete, with as much as he goes to daycare (hasn't been as much lately, due to some schedule changes, but once we get back into our old routine and he's going pretty much 5 days a week, it will be with Dogtopia again). And with that frequency of going, even if he wasn't a breed where I worried so much about his hips, it's also much easier on their joints, running on the softer material. There's a number of other reasons that I give this place a 10, but wanted to give them a shout out on a couple specifically.
Long story short- this place is fantastic, top 2 reasons being customer service, and the features they have that are beneficial to my dog's long term health and safety.
