Everybody is so caring and I feel like they love my pup as much as I do.

So Far, the staff is loving and kind to my guy. I like how open it is. Jesse who is 10 recently lost is Canine brother and sister. It gives him time to safely mix and socialize with dogs in his size and temperament.

They are great with individualized attention and care for each dog. So welcoming and loving when we arrive. My Ruby loves going there and looks forward to her daycare dates. They also do a great job with grooming needs as well. Love this place.

The convenience of being able to drop and pick up my dog curbside. I also like the different events you put on. I know my dog loves them and it makes me feel less guilty about sending my dog.

Jeff and his family have created a caring and loving atmosphere where dogs can socialize and have fun. They will go above and beyond to help you and your dog. They have special theme days which stimulate the dogs. Just visit the front window and enjoy watching all the fun!

Easy drop off and pick up

The staff is amazing! They care about our dog like she was their own, and they treat us like family/friends. The facility is clean and well maintained. Dogtopia is also incredibly convenient, with options like curbside drop off.

I have already tauted dogtopia to friends... kindness, eagerness to help my Elder dog feel acclimated and welcome.

I know my dog is well-taken care of and the staff is so polite.

They clearly have a passion for dogs. My puppy always love spending the day at Dogtopia. Also, they are always willing to work dog owners to optimize their experience.

Mostly I (and Maxwell) appreciate the friendliness of the whole enterprise. It is like we are stopping in to see family.

Since I am long retired Maxwell is my constant companion at home an as a result I do not need dog sitter services very often. But we do take advantage of your spa services which we find to be excellent.

And we enjoy stopping by your giant windows to watch all the dogs playing.

Staff is wonderful. Facility is amazing and very clean. The first visit, my nervous little dogs were apprehensive and didn't want to leave my side. The second visit, they couldn't wait to get back in the toy room. It's been so good for them to have the playtime with other dogs and new people.
Drop off and pick up is easy. Webcam is a hoot lol. Their insight has been very helpful.

The staff is so friendly and goes out of their way to put my anxious pup at ease.

I like that there are dog behavioralists in the playrooms. Ive seen how they interact with the dogs who are acting up—redirecting, then being put on a lead, and then a time-out in a crate. I feel this actually helps to train the dog about what is appropriate canine interaction and what is not. The people in the playrooms are also more attentive to the dogs than Ive seen at other companies. I also appreciate the fact that there are live webcams that I can check-in on at any time! I can see if my dogs are the ones misbehaving and/or how they are being treated while they are there. The themed days are just icing on the cake—bacon bubbles, watermelon treat, puppucinos, etc.

Great staff! They did a great job with our dog who is very nervous about the environment they were very patient and kind and encouraging. it was so great to see her appropriately interacting with other dogs!

They were very attentive with my dog. We were not sure if she would be ok around other dogs but they were willing to work with her and create a plan that would work. And if it doesn’t work are willing to give us recommendations moving forward.
