Everything! The staff is great. They are all courteous and helpful. The way they act and interface with the dogs lets you know your pet is getting the type of attention they deserve and are accustomed to receiving from their owners.

The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. Love the curbside service! Our dogs appear stimulated and happy when we look for them on the cameras.

Staff are super friendly. They greet the dogs by name. The dogs are happy to see them, so I know they are getting individual attention throughout the day.

Your staff were personable, friendly and so welcoming. We were delighted to meet owner Jeff and hear directly from him and his staff how our new puppy did on her first visit. The facility is clean and bright and we loved being able to see our pup on a webcam to watch her comfort level in a large group of dogs. She looked like she had the time of her life and was exhausted by the few hours spent there.

Woody is so excited when we get near Dogtopia. Jeff and his staff take such good care of him that it feels like I’m dropping him off at a relative’s house.

The place is always clean and the video feed shows how the dogs have someone in the play room with them at all times loving on all the dogs.

Really was impressed with the place the minute I walked in the door. Very friendly, kind and helpful staff. My puppy seemed to like it also. She came home after 1/2 day of play and slept the rest of the afternoon. Thanks so much for a great experience.

My pup had a difficult time in her crate for her first few months there. Dogtopia was amazing with her - they let me know any progress/setbacks and tried to follow what I do at home as closely as they could. Also, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I know my girl loves it there because she gets super excited every time we walk in the building:)

It is very comforting when we leave our pets at Dogtopia—being able to watch our puppies on the webcam and call and check in on them as much as we want makes us keep going back.

We love how friendly everyone is and that they recognize Truffle when we pull up! She loves going and I love the ease of carside pickup and drop off!

From the owner to the front desd Dogtopia in Dublin, Oh has been such a beautiful addition to my move from CA to OH. They are loving and kind with both the dogs and the humans, I am met at the curve for pickup and drop off and my puppy comes home exhausted but happy. The Meet and Greet was very positive. Matt did a great job of describing what would happen and afterwards telling me how Millie had done. The lady at the desk was equally helpful explaining procedures and how to move forward, I don’t remember her name. Name tags would have helped.
