Ms. Jefferson is amazing working with kids. She's friendly, nice, and compassionate bout making sure kids learn. She helps with home work and is patient and understanding.
This facility is also very clean, open end to end, and vibrant. There's room for parents to sit if they wanted.
My daughter used to dislike math, but ever since she started attending Mathnasium, her attitude toward it has changed. She now enjoys going and even feels like the sessions go by too quickly! She really likes the instructors and appreciates how comfortable and supported they make her feel. She feels at ease asking questions when she doesn’t understand something, which has made a big difference in her learning experience

I truly can’t say enough good things about Mathnasium! The difference they’ve made in such a short amount of time has been incredible. He went from a D to a B and now has an A in math, and as a parent, seeing that kind of progress is amazing. But what means even more to me is that he actually enjoys math now and looks forward to going to tutoring! He feels comfortable with all of the tutors, enjoys working with them, and genuinely feels supported. Seeing his confidence grow and watching him go from struggling with math to feeling successful has meant so much to our family. I’m so incredibly thankful to the entire Mathnasium team for their patience, encouragement, and for making such a positive impact on him. They’ve done so much more than help improve his grade — they’ve helped him believe in himself, and that is priceless!

Mathnasium has made a huge difference for our daughter. The tutors are patient, knowledgeable, and excellent at explaining difficult concepts in a way she can understand. Mathnasium in Sugarhouse is wonderful.
My child has ADHD and has struggled with focusing both at school and at Mathnasium. The instructors have all been extraordinarily supportive and kind. They have come up with multiple creative strategies to help my child learn the material, and I see improvements every week!
There is no doubt that the staff all delight in children, love their jobs, and are great at teaching math! I have been continuously impressed by the focus on learning strategies rather than memorizing facts. I can see my child actually think through problems rather than get frustrated when they don't immediately know the answer.
Mathnasium has really been a game changer for us. 10/10 recommend!
