The staff are great! I like the webcam that you can see your dog during their stay.
Wish they were a tad bite quicker on cleaning up the pee on the floors. I know it’s probably hard with just one staff in the rooms.

The staff is always friendly and very helpful/accommodating. My dog Brinkley has been coming here since she was a puppy and we absolutely love it. She is always rejuvenated, beautifully clean, and happy after her doggie spa appointments!

Arlo can be a handful, but the staff was able to determine what his play style is and get him with a group of dogs he loves to play with! He is super active and we're so thankful he has another outlet to let it all out. The staff is super friendly and the dogs are always taken care of. We love the benefit of the webcams we can check in throughout the day, it's so fun seeing Arlo leap in the air when they pull out the bubbles!
Everybody there is very caring and accommodating which is greatly appreciated, especially as I try to work during this pandemic. Extremely well run and responsive. I deal primarily with Madeline when I call with my last minute and special requests, and she is just amazing !!
