Staff was friendly and my dog had a great visit!
I’m Longwood many times a year when my daughter plays softball at Soldiers Field Park. Sometimes it’s too hot for Dunkin to be outside all day so Dogtopia is the best option when we travel to the area. We’ve used Dogtopia several times and Dunkin never wants to leave. It’s so funny watching him want to go back in the play area. I have to carry him away from the building, 😂.
The staff has a great attention to detail and everyone is fun and friendly. And true dog lovers. Thank you!
Starting off with the meet and greet, the staff were friendly and went over all services and main procedures. At the end of the meet and greet, a very through report was given on how our dog did with interactions and following instructions. This attention to detail and care was proof that the staff take their duties seriously and our dog was well looked after. Being in an urban area, having the ability to drop off and pick up without getting out of the car makes the process quick and easy. The Canton location is well suited for this process. Overall the app is easy to navigate and the cameras are a nice feature. The indoor space keeps the dogs safe and allows new dogs to get accustomed to the space easily. When asking questions to the staff, they're able to respond quickly. As of this writing, we have only tried Daycare and no other services.

I love how kind everyone is from pickup until drop off. As an anxious dog mom the idea of leaving my pup somewhere terrified me, but everyone has made this such a positive experience.

Caring, professional service
My puppy loves coming here. He has so much fun. He played with the dogs all day. I was able to look at him in the camera and watch him play and run and have fun. The staff here are amazing and super sweet and every time I looked at the camera to check on my dog in a play area. There was a staff member they are cleaning up or just playing with the dogs.
