We love EFW as a company. We all know the freight world is far from perfect, but EFW, and more specifically Kelly Knight at EFW cares so much that it makes even the worst situations somewhat tolerable.
I can't give a 10 because nothing in freight is ever perfect, and I'd also love if it was cheaper so we could use it in more areas.

We have had good service and EFW can usually be counted to take care of any opportunities with the delivery process. There are some ongoing gaps in delivery status that need to be resolved.
When contacted for rates/project the job gets down without issues and at a reasonable freight rate.

In the time i have worked with EFW, the team has continuously impressed me, from their attention to detail to their abilities to get all requests, completed in a timely manner. All though we ran into a rough patch about a year into our new relationship, EFW has corrected and improved everything from their line haul to the overall customer experience. When asked for a carrier recommendation, I don't even think twice when i mention EFW
