The classes, I wish the total chair class could be more than once per week. It is excellent for seniors and I love Jenny.
Good facility, staff is pleasant and helpful and professional. Classes are good, but it would be nice to have more variety and more frequency. We understand that is a balancing act and that is tough to do. We need more instructors, there just seems to be one that controls all classes and has for years. More muscle def and body pump instructors would be better.

There is not much that I don't like bout the Northeast YMCA. I so wish that the Northeast Branch would accept the United Health Care version of Silver Sneakers. It seems to me that if one branch accepts it all branches should use a core of common policies.
I like very much the new sighs that state you should not use a cell phone while on equipment and enforce the policy. I have pointed out the sticker to various members with phone in hand and their reply was "My bad" and continued to play with phone.
The pigment in the men's locker room needs to be vacuumed nightly and that is not being. I am sure the night cleaning crew that since it is black it won't show--it may not show but certainly can be felt wit bare feet.

I love the people, the classes and the facilities. Please add 30 minute stretch classes. Danielle's class on Saturday morning is the best class of the week!
