This is the only location I’ve seen that has a steam room and a dry sauna. I love having both. The pool is very nice too. There are clear child / adult areas in the pool itself which is nice for folks who don’t want to be splashed and such.

The lap swim pool. It's the only thing I use. I'm completely dependent on it to keep my weight down and be healthy. I have a knee prosthesis that prevents any type of dry land cardio
