All kids are given equal time to play and be taught the sport in a safe, Christian environment. As well as learning the game, kids are taught good sportsmanship and to just have fun.

I love my Bullitt County YMCA, I have been a member since 2014. The staff, the instructors are the best. I have made many friendships at the Y and each person holds a special place in my heart. Yes, I could go elsewhere and have cheaper membership but at the Y you feel welcomed, you are treated as a friend and not just a member. The only negative aspect I could say about the Bullitt County Y is I was very disappointed that they do not have the Bullitt YMCA Blast run anymore for the 4th of July Bullitt Blast. Anita Stump worked very hard at putting this together and so many of us enjoyed doing this, then it was gone. It also seems a lot of money goes in to other Y's, but not Bullitt County. Yes we are small, but Bullitt County is growing and this Y could also grow. Like I said, I know we are small but we are mighty!!! Where else can you be a member and not show up for a while and get text or calls that say HEY where have you been? Is everything okay? Anything I can do? I have!! Its amazing what the Y can do for you, not just for healthy reasons, its a family. A safe place. A place you can go and know that if you need help they Y is there. If you need assistance, the Y is there. If you need a place to go and feel welcomed the Y is there. I am also on the Bullitt County YMCA Run Team. This is the most amazing program for friendship and accountability. I would love to see my Y grow and YES have the Bullitt Blast 5K back, but I will always LOVE the Bullitt County YMCA, my family!!! THANK YOU

Mary Ruth and Trasha both so nice and very informative. Tommy the coach really nice and knows his stuff. The staff welcomes where you want to come and workout. Excellent customer service. Plan on joining classes as well.

I like the Christian foundation that the Y is based on. The staff call me by name and are friendly. Equipment is in good shape. The people that come there (the ones I am getting to know) are sweet.
