Good prices and good equipment and staff friendly

It’s pretty clean. There is some bike parking and a metro station nearby for easy commute. Broken equipment gets repaired in a reasonable amount of time. Plenty of lockers. Friendly staff.

It’s extremely cleaned the front receptionist is so kind. She always helps my aunt and I if we ever need help or if ever look confused she’s there to help. We feel very comfortable at our local gym. Thanks to the amazing team planet fitness has provided us with !!!

Planet fitness is my go to gym, it clean and the atmosphere is upbeat, no dramas. The staff is cool and warming.

Showers

Its quite, the people their a generally nice and helpful when asking how to do a certain exercise. Nobody's rude or trying to record videos of themselves “Working”, you can tell everyone their is trying to do only one thing and that's just workout and get out. The employees are very nice too, and they do a great job keeping things clean and replenishing paper towels and disinfecting spray. I myself have a Black card so i get access to a personal trainer and the sauna, I’ve never actually used these privileges before but im sure the customer service for them would be phenomenal as well. Overall id rate my experience a 10/10.

Very friendly staff.

The workers (Andreas and Antonia), will greet you with "Good Morning and enjoy your work". They are excellent, the gym is always clean. I like the new times as well.

Wonderful service

I enjoy coming here but there's times that people just sit around on their phones and not letting others that actually are there to workout do our thing. Wasted time... but overall, I enjoy and like the environment I workout.

The staff is probably the best part about this gym. They are so friendly, always there to help, and I aodre a good chat with them. The trainer also gives solid advice. Just wisht he area in general was more safe.
