The staff and environment are friendly. You can observe your dog in the play area via camera's. Most of all, my dog was so exhausted from all the activity that he slept for several hours when I brought him home and he is a high energy dog. He needs a lot of activity rather than crate time. So that in itself was worth it and I know the dogs are carefully monitored and safe.

Friendly staff, the webcams, grouping dogs based on size, special events, my dog loves it there!

I was impressed by the fact that you all keep a real person in the play area most of the time. Instead of just cameras.

Everything there is literally not one thing I was t happy with. The staff is so friendly and amazing with the dogs.

I love when we get to the door of Dogtopia and my dog realizes where we are (and not at the vets!) that she starts running and pulling to get in there because she is so excited! I like knowing that she is in a clean and caring environment and being taken good care of when I can’t be home.

The staff at the Fort Mill office really made my anxiety about leaving my “baby” with them so much better! I watched the live feeds all day and saw how much fun my Roxie had with all her new friends.

Friendly and welcoming staff! They made my dog and I feel right at home the moment we walked through the door.

What I really like most about Dogtopia is that their priority is the safety of our pets. They take the time to evaluate and know each pet; place is kept clean all the time; somebody is always with them; staff is trained on how to care and properly deal with dogs; and the place is so well planned for a happy and pleasant stay of our pets. And, of course, I don’t think anyone will miss the friendliness of the staff and the top notched customer service. It’s wonderful to have Dogtopia in our community!
