I’m new to dogtopia & am completely impressed for so many reasons. The main reason is the outstanding staff. Every staff member I have encountered has been friendly, professional, & knowledgable. My dog was immediately comfortable & when we came in for her first day she ran behind the counter to say hi. The trainers really “get” dogs, just have a conversation with them when you come in for a meet & greet to see what I mean.

Picking her up she was clearly happy & had a great time. She was smiling her biggest dog park smile when I picked her up.

I don’t “need” to take my dog to daycare because I work from home. But I’m happy to take her because I want her to be well socialized & have fun. Only wish I would have brought her to dogtopia sooner!

It’s reassuring that on my family’s upcoming trip I can see her on the playroom camera while we’re away. Plus, she gets to play with other dogs all day instead of just sitting in her crate between walks.

I’ve taken my dog to another local boarding facility. Honestly I’m glad the other place was filled up for Thanksgiving because I wouldn’t have switched to dogtopia, I was a little wary of a franchise before.

The other local place (not a dogtopia location) was just “fine”. It was good, staff was nice enough, facility was fine but I had to pay extra for her to play outside of her crate between walks and it just wasn’t the same vibe.

I’m so happy I found Dogtopia Frederick. Big thanks to their awesome staff!

I love the flexibility to drop Chase off for a spa treatment without needing to plan a week ahead of time. I can call the day off and have him bathed at a time convenient for me.

The employees were very friendly and took excellent care of my deaf dog. They were incredibly patient and caring.

I like that you have long hours, so it fits quite well with my work schedule. My dog loves going to daycare.

She doesn't go as much as she did at first, (only because of the cost) and she sits by my front door every morning hoping that I will take her.
