This place is the best! My dog loves coming here, and the staff always treat him well. The space is clean and welcoming, and convenient too.

I love how patient the staff is there. Their willingness to work with dogs that aren't already socialized is impressive and makes a dog mom feel very welcomed. I would recommend them to any dog parent. They truly work to ensure your dog has their best day ever.

I’ve only been for the meet and greet. The treated my puppy like she was their own. She was very timid and they introduced her very slowly to the pups her size. She was hesitant at first but after an hour fit right in. Very friendly and accommodating.

Easy drop off, very friendly staff, easy pick up. It’s great we get to watch our pups on video on their app.

My dog loves it at Dogtopia! When I tell him that he is going he is so excited! The staff is so loving and caring about all of the dogs! They interact and treat the dogs with kindness and love! They are also extremely friendly to all the owners and go out of their way to honor the wishes for your dog! The owner Jay is the kindness, most friendly person and welcomes you to their facility! The only thing you can say about Dogtopia is that it is WONDERFUL!,,

Very great and friendly staff. Also very clean place and that is important. The spa baths and scents is a awesome luxury. All the Coaches in the various rooms has a good balance between discipline and fun.

Everyone at the Frederick, MD is so friendly and welcoming to our pup (Lucky). Lucky enjoys all of the fur friends she has made and always comes home exhausted from her fun filled day there. Keep up the great work!

The staff are wonderful and both do a really good job with my rambunctious, loud fur baby. They're so friendly and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. The facility itself is always clean and they do a great job supervising the dogs and handling situations as they arise.

Flexible availability, price, friendliness of staff

You guys always make me feel comfortable dropping my babies off for a fun day. I can really rely on them being safe.

We love how patient the workers are with our hyper dog! He comes home very tired and very happy. Vic & Alicia were so nice and helpful during our first day.

LOVE in the mornings how quickly the staff come outside to take my dog inside for me so I can head into work. Wish they had a system like that in the evenings. I have tried using the app to let the staff know I'm 15 minutes away in hopes of my dog being ready but so far no luck with that. I still have to wait in line (outside) for my turn to come inside the lobby to wait for my dog.

The staff is very friendly and you can tell they have a love for dogs!!
