The communication from the staff. They usually give me a report on the day when I pick up Andre. If something happens, they handle the situation and let me know. I really don’t have to worry about Andre while she is there. She is in good hands.

I am so excited to have my 2 challenging wiener dog pups, Niko and Tilly, start daycare at Dogtopia! I was thoroughly impressed during our Meet and Greet with the friendless, attentiveness, and knowledge of the staff. Additionally, I was very grateful to have a tour of the full facility as well, even the kitchen, and be allowed to watch the staff "interview" the dogs. I feel confident my dogs will be in good hands at Dogtopia!

Your computer systems seem to need attention.
Your webcam is not very user-friendly. To many problems.

We've been going to Dogtopia at this location since it opened in the summer of 2019.
Needless to say I trust them to take care of my little guy.

They make me feel like my dog is the only one in the place. They spend extra time with dogs that have to board. Each one gets personal treatment. My guy is obsessed with chasing the ball. I bring one in and they spend time throwing it for him before the crowd comes in.

I highly recommend them!

Prompt and thorough clean ups

The entire team is friendly, responsive, and clearly adore my boy. They greet him by name, give him pets and scritches, and I always see them being so attentive when I am able to tune in to what Syd is up to on the camera that day. Every time I reach out with a request or question I get prompt responses and the kindest customer service. My dog is clearly adored and the team absolutely show how much they love their job by how kind they are to all the dogs. I recommend this exact location to all his dog park friends and anybody else who will listen
